DUALITYBIO-B (09606.HK) announced that it plans to issue RMB shares and list on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's Sci-Tech Innovation Board. Currently, the board has no other plans regarding the proposed issuance, nor has it made any applications to relevant regulatory authorities for the proposed issuance of RMB shares
