Intel showcases Gaudi 3 and B200 hybrid AI rack
The Intel Gaudi 3 AI accelerator, after its release in April 2024, experienced long-term poor sales and inventory buildup. To boost its sales, Intel redesigned a Gaudi 3 hybrid AI rack solution and showcased it at the 2025 OCP Global Summit. This solution integrates the Intel Gaudi 3 AI accelerator, NVIDIA Blackwell B200 GPU, and NVIDIA ConnectX networking technology. When using this solution for large model inference, the B200 will handle the pre-filling phase of the inference process, while the decoding phase will be managed by the Gaudi 3
