Xinzi (00083.HK) has collaborated with China Overseas (00688.HK) and K. WAH INT'L (00173.HK) to develop the project Jinshanglu Polong III, which has closed ticket sales today (20th) at noon, accumulating over 4,700 tickets, with an oversubscription of more than 33 times based on the first batch of 138 units for sale.

The project will publicly sell 138 units tomorrow, with a discounted price starting at HKD 4.6662 million and a discounted price per square foot starting at HKD 12,629. Based on the pricing, the total market value of the 138 units exceeds HKD 900 million
