According to statistics from the Shenzhen Real Estate Brokerage Association, in the 42nd week of 2025 (October 13 - October 19), the city recorded 1,696 second-hand housing transactions (including self-service), a month-on-month increase of 39.1%, marking a new weekly high for second-hand housing transactions in nearly six months. Data from the Shenzhen Real Estate Information Platform shows that in the 42nd week of 2025, the transaction volume of new homes (pre-sale + current sale) in the city experienced a recovery growth after the holiday, with weekly transactions of 883 units, a month-on-month increase of 100.7%
