The Nasdaq 100 Index rose over 1%, with components ON Semiconductor, Arm, and MSTR rising over 4%, and the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index increased by about 2%

The Nasdaq 100 Index rose over 1%, with component stock ON Semiconductor up 5.3%, MicroStrategy (MSTR) up 4.7%, Arm Holdings up 4.1%, Micron Tech, KLA, Shopify, Lululemon, Microchip Technology, TTD, Lam Research, and NXP Semiconductors all up at least 3.2%. AMD, Intel, Apple, and others rose over 2%; Nvidia is currently down 0.3%, Marvell Technology down 0.9%, ranking fourth from the bottom, Charter Communications down 1.1%, ORLY down 1.5%, and Applovin down 5.8%.

The Philadelphia Semiconductor Index rose about 2%; the S&P 500 Index increased by 0.8%, the Dow Jones rose 270 points for a gain of 0.6%, and the Nasdaq rose 250 points for a gain of 1.1%
