RISECOMM GP: A total of 81.956 million unsubscribed rights shares have been successfully placed
RISECOMM GP announced that 81.956 million unsubscribed rights issue shares have been successfully placed, with a placement price of HKD 0.5 per share. This placement was completed by ten independent underwriters, and no net proceeds were distributed to non-participating shareholders under the unsubscribed arrangement. The total number of rights issue shares finally allocated and issued is 165 million shares, accounting for 64.39% of the total rights issue
According to the announcement from RISECOMM GP (01679), on October 10, 2025 (Friday) at 4:00 PM (the final deadline for the placement agent to place the unsubscribed rights shares), a total of 81.956 million unsubscribed rights shares have been successfully placed at a price of HKD 0.5 per rights share (equivalent to the subscription price) to ten independent subscribers. Therefore, based on the unsubscribed arrangement, there are essentially no net proceeds available for distribution to non-participating shareholders.
According to the acceptance results of the rights issue and the placement results of the unsubscribed arrangement, the total number of rights shares to be allotted and issued (including the unsubscribed rights shares) will be 165 million rights shares, accounting for 64.39% of the total number of rights shares offered for subscription
