SFSY ENERGY fully acquires Xingye Green Solutions in litigation with a consideration of 600 million RMB

SFSY ENERGY (00750.HK) announced the acquisition of 100% equity and debt of Xingye Green Energy Technology from independent third parties Jingyuntong (601908.SH) and Shengyuyuntong, to address the potential substantial compensation liabilities the group may incur in litigation, for a total consideration of 600 million RMB. Taking into account the debts waived by the seller, the group is expected to record a pre-tax gain of approximately 163 million RMB
