Anker Japan announced on October 21 that it will voluntarily recall a total of four products, including power banks and speakers, due to defects in the manufacturing process of the lithium battery cells, which may pose a fire risk if continued to be used. Anker Japan apologized to customers of the affected products and stated that it has terminated contracts with the relevant suppliers based on this incident. In the future, it will promptly advance the strengthening of management systems for other battery cell suppliers and further tighten the standards for factory environment remediation
