Uber Tech and Nebius invested $375 million in autonomous driving technology developer Avride
On October 22, artificial intelligence infrastructure company Nebius announced that autonomous driving technology developer Avride has received strategic investment and business commitments from Uber and Nebius. The total amount of the transaction is $375 million, jointly funded by Uber and Nebius. This collaboration is based on the business partnership between Avride and Uber, with both parties signing a multi-year strategic agreement in 2024. Avride plans to launch a driverless taxi service based on the Uber platform in Dallas, USA, by the end of 2025
