Honeywell announces new business structure
Honeywell announced a new business structure in preparation for the spin-off of its aerospace business. The spin-off plan for the aerospace business is still progressing as scheduled, with completion expected in the second half of 2026. After the spin-off, the company will focus on three core business segments, and Bilal Hamood will continue to serve as President and CEO of the Building Technologies business
