After the successful integration of investment banking and brokerage businesses, Guolian Minsheng Securities and Minsheng Securities have made new progress in their business integration. Late at night on October 22, Guolian Minsheng Securities announced on its official WeChat account that its subsidiary Guolian Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Minsheng Securities Co., Ltd. jointly issued a notice regarding the change of the asset management product manager for Minsheng Securities Co., Ltd. As of now, all existing asset management products under Minsheng Securities have had their managers changed to Guolian Asset Management, and the rights and obligations of the original product managers will be inherited by Guolian Asset Management, which will perform the duties of the manager
