CHERY AUTO rose over 4% in the afternoon, and as of the time of publication, it was up 3.01%, priced at HKD 32.14, with a transaction volume of HKD 111 million. On October 18, CHERY AUTO announced at the 2025 CHERY Global Innovation Conference that it has achieved a technological breakthrough in the solid-state battery full industry chain and showcased the Rhino S solid-state battery module. After installation, the range of electric vehicles will be increased to 1200-1300 kilometers. It is reported that the Rhino S solid-state battery will complete its first batch of vehicle installation verification in 2027, achieving real vehicle installation and performance testing, laying the foundation for mass production. In addition, CHERY AUTO announced that on October 22, the overall coordinator partially exercised the over-allotment option, involving a total of 41.3759 million shares, accounting for approximately 13.91% of the total offering. Each share was priced at HKD 30.75, with additional net proceeds of HKD 1.249 billion. Furthermore, the stabilization period for the global offering ended on the same day. During this period, the stabilization agent, China International Capital Corporation, continuously purchased a total of 3.2336 million shares in the market, with each share priced between HKD 30.42 and HKD 30.74
