The latest survey report released by the German Metalworkers' Union on the 23rd shows that high energy costs, declining orders, and protectionist tariffs continue to put pressure on German industrial enterprises, with more than half of the employees expressing deep concerns about job stability. The report points out that high energy costs, sluggish order volumes, and the impact of U.S. tariff policies are significant reasons troubling the development of German enterprises. 43% of German industrial companies believe their competitiveness is under serious or very serious threat, with energy-intensive industries being the most affected.
