On Thursday, Amphenol rose over 4%, closing at $134.65. The financial report showed that Amphenol's revenue for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025 was $6.194 billion, an increase of 53.35% year-on-year; net profit was $1.246 billion, an increase of 106.29% year-on-year; and basic earnings per share were $1.02. In addition to growth in existing businesses, Amphenol is also expanding its market share through acquisitions. In August, the company acquired cable assembly company Terex for approximately $1 billion in cash, aiming to seize opportunities from increased defense spending and expand its military product offerings. Furthermore, the company expects fourth-quarter revenue to be between $6 billion and $6.1 billion, exceeding analysts' expectations of $5.7 billion
