CHINA MER PORT: Tu Xiaoping resigns as executive director
China Merchants Port announced that Tu Xiaoping has resigned as Executive Director due to retirement, effective from October 24, 2025, and will no longer serve as a member of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee (ESG Committee). The Board has approved the changes in the composition of the ESG Committee, with the new committee members including Xu Song, Yan Gang, Lu Yongxin, and Wang Zhirong, with Feng Boming serving as the chairman
According to the announcement from CHINA MER PORT (00144), Mr. Tu Xiaoping has resigned as the company's executive director due to retirement, effective from October 24, 2025. Therefore, Mr. Tu will also no longer serve as a member of the company's Environmental, Social and Governance Committee (ESG Committee) from October 24, 2025.
The board also announced that it has approved changes to the composition of the ESG Committee, effective from October 24, 2025. The ESG Committee will consist of five members: Mr. Xu Song, Mr. Yan Gang, Mr. Lu Yongxin, and Mr. Wang Zhirong, with Mr. Feng Boming serving as the chairman of the ESG Committee
