GMTECH: The subsidiary plans to collaborate with Guomai Group on industry-education integration with an investment of up to 60 million yuan

GMTECH announced that on October 24, 2025, the company's ninth board of directors' sixth meeting approved the subsidiary Polytechnic Institute to carry out industry-education integration cooperation with GMTECH Group, constituting a related party transaction. The general manager is authorized to approve relevant matters under the premise that the total contract amount does not exceed 60 million yuan and the pricing does not exceed the market comparable prices, with the contract execution period not exceeding three years, and no need for shareholder meeting review. GMTECH Group is a company controlled by the controlling shareholder Chen Guoying, with Chairman Chen Wei also serving as its director. GMTECH Group's revenue in 2024 was 1.036 billion yuan, with a net profit of 169 million yuan. From the beginning of the year to the trading day before the announcement, the cumulative related party transactions between the two parties amounted to 22.295 million yuan
