The total contract sales area was 994,540 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 23.26%. The average selling price was 25,803 yuan per square meter, a year-on-year increase of 19.32%. In the third quarter (July to September), the group's total contract sales amounted to 9.569 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 14.70%, with a total sales area of 273,582 square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 36.03%, and an average selling price of 34,978 yuan per square meter, a year-on-year increase of 79.29%
