On Friday (October 24), the Magnificent 7 index of U.S. tech stocks rose by 1.21%, closing at 204.06 points, surpassing the previous closing record high of 202.51 points set on October 9, with a cumulative increase of 2.62% for the week.
Google A and NVIDIA rose by as much as 2.70%, Amazon and Apple increased by up to 1.25%—Apple set a new closing record high at $262.83, Meta Platforms and Microsoft rose by up to 0.57%, while Tesla closed down 3.42%.
