CARRY WEALTH's 45.71% equity transfer to Touch Technology for full acquisition, resuming trading on Monday
CARRY WEALTH (00643.HK) announced that shareholder Ma Xiaoqiu sold a 45.71% stake to Zephyrus Capital, involving 411 million shares, with a total consideration of HKD 54 million, equivalent to a price of HKD 0.1331 per share. Upon completion, the buyer and its concert parties will hold a total of 45.71% of the company's equity and are required to make a mandatory general offer at a cash price of HKD 0.1331 per share, representing a discount of 79.20% compared to the last closing price before the suspension.
The company's shares have applied to resume trading on Monday (27th)
