The Chief Operating Officer of ANGELALIGN will be reassigned as Chief Strategy Officer starting next month

ANGELALIGN (06699.HK) announced the establishment of a new senior management position - Chief Strategy Officer, whose main responsibilities will focus on the company's medium to long-term overall strategic planning, implementation of strategic key projects, leading innovation direction exploration, and driving the synergistic development of invested enterprises. The board has appointed Executive Director Song Xin as Chief Strategy Officer, effective from November 1 of this year. Following this appointment, Song Xin will no longer serve as Chief Operating Officer.

The board believes that this appointment will help bring the successful experience gained in the Chinese market to the global market, promote the iteration and implementation of development strategies, and strengthen the exploration of future innovation opportunities
