Citigroup raises Macau's October gaming revenue forecast to MOP 23.5 billion

Citigroup released a report stating that, according to industry news, the total gaming revenue in Macau for the 26 days before October may have reached approximately MOP 20.4 billion. This means that the average daily revenue for the week (from October 20 to 26) was about MOP 793 million. According to industry sources, the betting volume in VIP rooms increased by about 45% to 50% month-on-month, while mass gaming revenue increased by about 25% to 28% month-on-month.

Citigroup raised its forecast for gaming revenue in October 2025 from MOP 22.5 billion to MOP 23.5 billion, which is about 89% of the level in October 2019, representing a year-on-year growth of 13%, assuming that the average daily revenue for the remaining days of this month is about MOP 620 million
