QYUNS: Reached a global exclusive licensing agreement with Roche for QX031N, receiving a $75 million upfront payment
QYUNS announced that the company has reached a global exclusive collaboration and licensing agreement with Roche. According to the agreement, the company grants Roche global exclusive rights to develop, manufacture, and commercialize QX031N. The company expects to receive a one-time, non-refundable, and non-deductible upfront payment of $75 million, and is eligible to receive up to $995 million in milestone payments related to product development, regulatory approval, and commercialization, as well as tiered royalties on potential future product sales
