
The global technology stock index ETF rose nearly 1.4%, leading the U.S. stock sector ETFs, while the S&P real estate sector fell over 2.2%
On Tuesday (October 28), the global technology stock index ETF rose by 1.38%, the technology sector ETF increased by 0.99%, the semiconductor ETF rose by 0.88%, while the financial sector ETF fell by 0.64%. The consumer staples ETF, energy sector ETF, and utilities ETF fell by up to 1.65%, and the global airline industry ETF dropped by 3.14%.
Among the 11 sectors of the S&P 500 index, the information technology/technology sector rose by 1.64%, the consumer discretionary and materials sectors increased by up to 0.31%, while other sectors fell. The energy sector declined by 1.05%, the utilities sector fell by 1.66%, and the real estate sector dropped by 2.22%
