On October 28th, the "Suggestions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development" was released.

The planning suggestions outline that during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, the following "major projects" should be implemented:

Implement industrial innovation projects, promote the integrated advancement of innovation infrastructure construction, technology research and development, and product iteration and upgrading, and accelerate the development of strategic emerging industry clusters such as new energy, new materials, aerospace, and low-altitude economy.

Promote the deep integration of the real economy and the digital economy, and implement industrial internet innovation development projects.

Innovatively implement the research and construction projects of Marxist theory, and accelerate the establishment of an independent knowledge system of Chinese philosophy and social sciences.

Deeply implement the project for the inheritance and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture, promote the systematic protection and unified supervision of cultural heritage, and strengthen the effective protection and living inheritance of historical and cultural cities, districts, and towns.

Implement the project for cultivating moral character in the new era, promote the effective integration of ideological and political classrooms with social classrooms, strengthen physical education, aesthetic education, and labor education, and improve the education evaluation system.

Build safe, comfortable, green, and intelligent "good houses," and implement the housing quality improvement project and property service quality enhancement actions.

Optimize the functional positioning and layout of medical institutions, implement the strong foundation project for medical and health services, and promote the digitalization of national health.

Adhere to the integrated protection and systematic governance of mountains, rivers, forests, fields, lakes, grasslands, and deserts, and coordinate the promotion of major projects for the protection and restoration of important ecosystems.

Implement major projects for national defense development, accelerate national defense technology innovation and advanced technology transformation, and speed up the development of advanced weaponry and equipment. Implement the modernization promotion project of military theory
