Chutian Smart Communication: Plans to transfer 20% equity of Guangxi Fospai

Chutian Smart Communication announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Chutian Smart Communication Investment, intends to transfer its 20% equity stake in Guangxi Fusi Pai Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. through public listing or agreement. The listing base price is RMB 83.408 million. If the listing is unsuccessful, the transfer will be conducted through an agreement at the same price of RMB 83.408 million. This transaction has been approved by the board of directors and does not require submission for shareholder meeting review
