The entire industry must earnestly study and implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session, accurately grasp changes in internal and external situations, continuously consolidate the stable recovery trend of the pharmaceutical industry, accelerate breakthroughs in key core technologies, enhance the resilience and safety of the pharmaceutical supply chain, strengthen the supply of innovative drugs and medical devices, better meet the growing health needs of the people, and accelerate the critical transition of the pharmaceutical industry from scale expansion to innovation-driven development.
