ACME INTL HLDGS: BPL and DCH further establish a memorandum of agreement

According to the announcement from ACME INTL HLDGS (01870), on October 28, 2025, BPL and DCH further entered into a memorandum of agreement to reaffirm and agree on (including) the rights and obligations of the contracting parties. Following the signing of the memorandum of agreement, the memorandum of understanding dated October 10, 2024, has been replaced.

According to the memorandum of agreement (including): BPL must invest 100% of the costs for ground and rooftop solar power generation systems, with a total capacity ranging from 70 megawatts to 100 megawatts, and must provide power and computing resources for the digital hub; and DCH must irrevocably commit to purchasing all electricity generated by the project at a fixed price of $0.055 per kilowatt-hour for a period of 20 years starting from the commercial operation date of the project.

The board of directors believes that the agreements reached under the memorandum of agreement reflect the contracting parties' ongoing efforts and commitments to cooperate in the field of green power energy within the group, which is fully aligned with the group's business objectives to provide reliable power and computing resources critical to AI-driven infrastructure, supporting leading AI users and next-generation applications. The board believes that advancing this renewable energy cooperation aligns with the company's long-term growth strategy and global sustainability goals
