Meta plans to issue six tranches of bonds
Meta (META.US) began marketing a six-tranche U.S. dollar bond issuance plan on Thursday to raise funds for the expansion of artificial intelligence.
According to regulatory filings submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the bonds in this issuance have maturities ranging from 5 years to 40 years. Meta did not disclose specific amounts or interest rates
