Lufax has received approval from the New York Stock Exchange to postpone the submission of the 2024 Form 20-F annual report

Lufax (06623.HK)(LU.US) announced that the New York Stock Exchange has approved the extension of the deadline for the company to submit its 2024 Form 20-F to April 30, 2026, but it must continue to undergo reassessment.

The company previously indicated that due to plans to change auditors in 2025, the submission of the 2024 Form 20-F would be delayed, and it has received notification from the New York Stock Exchange informing it that it has not fully complied with the NYSE's continued listing standards. Subsequently, the company has appointed Ernst & Young as its auditor and Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP (Special General Partnership) as its auditor.

The company will continue to cooperate with the New York Stock Exchange on this matter. If the company fails to submit the 2024 Form 20-F by April 30 next year, it will initiate suspension and delisting procedures. The company intends to submit its annual report within the timeframe specified by the NYSE to re-comply with the NYSE's continued listing standards
