CONCORD NE announced that it has signed an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) agreement with DaeBo Energy Solution Co., Ltd., with a total contract price of approximately 29.499 billion Korean Won (about HKD 159 million). The agreement involves services such as design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, debugging, and testing, with the contractor providing services on a turnkey basis. According to the announcement from Xiehe New Energy (00182), after the trading session on October 31, 2025, each of the owners (the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries) entered into engineering, procurement, and construction agreements with the contractor DaeBo Energy Solution Co., Ltd. Under these agreements, each owner will engage the contractor to undertake the projects at a contract price of approximately 4.214 billion Korean Won (about HKD 22.76 million) per contract, with the total contract price for all such engineering, procurement, and construction agreements amounting to approximately 29.499 billion Korean Won (about HKD 159 million).
The contractor is required to provide services on a turnkey basis, including design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, debugging, and testing for the projects undertaken by each of the owners.
