JIU RONG HOLD: Huang Jiayin has been appointed as the company secretary
JIU RONG HOLD announced that Guan Weixiong has resigned as company secretary, authorized representative, and chief financial officer for business reasons, effective from October 31, 2025. Huang Jiayin will take over as company secretary and authorized representative starting from November 1, 2025
According to the announcement from JIU RONG HOLD (02358), Guan Weixiong will devote more time to his career and has resigned from the following positions: (i) Company Secretary of the Company; (ii) Authorized Representative of the Company under the Securities Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Rule 3.05); (iii) Authorized Representative of the Company for accepting legal documents and notices in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) (collectively referred to as Authorized Representatives); and (iv) Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective from October 31, 2025.
