CAPINFO plans to sell digital certification, realizing up to 183 million RMB
CAPINFO (01075.HK) announced that it plans to sell a total of no more than 5.4 million shares of Digital Certification (300579.SZ) through centralized bidding and/or block trading, with an estimated cost not exceeding RMB 183 million. The expected pre-tax profit from the sale is not more than RMB 167 million
