
The National Immigration Administration has released 10 major policies concerning the expansion of visa-free entry points for personnel from Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan

On November 3rd, the National Immigration Administration released 10 new policies aimed at promoting high-level openness and high-quality development. Starting from November 5, 2025, five ports including Guangzhou Pazhou Passenger Port, Hengqin, Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Zhongshan Port, and West Kowloon Station of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Express Rail Link will be added as 240-hour visa-free transit ports, bringing the total number of applicable ports to 65. In addition, the policies also include the expansion of the pilot program for talent visa endorsements for Hong Kong and Macao, as well as nationwide handling measures for mainland residents visiting Taiwan for family visits
