
According to reports, Alphabet will issue at least 3 billion euros in bonds
According to sources cited by Bloomberg, Alphabet (GOOGL.US) will issue euro-denominated bonds for the second time this year to support its massive spending on AI and cloud infrastructure.
It is reported that Alphabet is marketing six euro-denominated bonds with maturities ranging from 3 years to 39 years, with a total expected issuance of at least 3 billion euros. Among them, the 3-year bonds have a yield approximately 60 basis points higher than the mid-term swap rate, while the longest-maturity bonds are about 190 basis points higher
