WING TAI PPT: Guo Jingwen appointed as independent non-executive director
WING TAI PPT announced that Mr. Wu Dewei has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective from December 1, 2025, for the reason of making way for individuals with new perspectives. Mr. Guo Jingwen has been appointed as the new independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee and nomination committee, also effective from December 1, 2025
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Wing Tai Properties (00369) announced that Mr. Wu Dewei has notified the board of directors that he believes it is an appropriate time to step down after serving on the board for 30 years and to make way for individuals with new perspectives and ideas to contribute to the company's development. Mr. Wu has submitted his resignation as the company's independent non-executive director, as well as from the respective members of the company's audit committee and nomination committee, effective from December 1, 2025; and Mr. Guo Jingwen has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, as well as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee, effective from December 1, 2025
