OURGAME plans to invest 31.2 million yuan to subscribe for 51% equity in Beijing Sanzuwu Consulting Co., Ltd., aiming to deepen its strategic layout in the AI field, integrate resources, and promote the integration of drone and low-altitude economy technology with leisure gaming, cultural entertainment, and sports competitions. After the transaction, the company will also build an esports entertainment venue, dedicated to creating a multi-dimensional ecosystem based on AI, enhancing the immersive experience for global users
According to the Zhitong Finance APP, OURGAME (06899) announced that on November 3, 2025, the company, Beijing OURGAME (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), and the target company Beijing Sanzuwu Consulting Co., Ltd. signed an investment agreement, in which Beijing OURGAME agreed to subscribe for 51% of the target company's expanded registered capital, amounting to RMB 31.2 million.
It is reported that the target group mainly engages in drone research and development, related artificial intelligence technology research and market application, human-computer interaction technology research and development, certification examinations, and comprehensive talent training. In addition to the target company, the target group consists of Sichuan Jinruisui Technology Co., Ltd., Sichuan Sanzuwu Education Management Co., Ltd., and Sichuan Sanzuwu Low-altitude Technology Development Co., Ltd. The first two companies are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the target company, while the last company is a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the target company (holding 70% equity).
After the completion of this transaction, the company also plans to build an esports entertainment venue at the target group's base and further deepen its strategic layout in the field of AI artificial intelligence through this investment. It aims to actively integrate the advantageous resources of both parties, leveraging the target group's technology and experience in low-altitude economy and drone applications, and deeply integrating the company's advantages in leisure game IP, event systems, and live streaming platforms to build a multi-dimensional ecological system and brand matrix based on AI, consisting of "content + technology + users + scenarios."
This will further promote the company to reshape its three main businesses of "AI technology-driven, blockchain innovation, and Web 3.0 ecosystem construction," while actively expanding the incremental business of "IP influence + new retail," committed to providing global users with sustainable emotional value and immersive experience through a new upgraded strategy
