
OURGAME: Deepen AI strategic layout to expand AI competition and low-altitude economic ecosystem

OURGAME announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing OURGAME has signed an investment agreement with Beijing Sanzuwu, committing to subscribe for 51% of the registered capital of Sanzuwu, which will become a non-wholly-owned subsidiary. Sanzuwu has strong technical capabilities in the fields of drones and AI, and owns drone airports and training bases. This investment will deepen OURGAME's strategic layout in the AI field, integrate resources, promote the development of AI drone competitions and training courses, and build a multi-dimensional ecosystem
According to the announcement from OURGAME (06899), the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing OURGAME Interactive Network Co., Ltd. (Beijing OURGAME) has signed an investment agreement with Beijing Sanzuwu Consulting Co., Ltd. (Sanzuwu). According to the investment agreement, Beijing OURGAME will subscribe for 51% of Sanzuwu's expanded registered capital. After the completion of the transaction, Sanzuwu will become a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
Sanzuwu's core team is strong, including world champions in model aircraft, industry-certified experts, and senior engineers, holding multiple invention and utility model patents, as well as software copyrights. It has the first unmanned airport in Southwest China and the largest drone pilot examination and training base in the country (covering over 200 acres) in Chengdu. The company encompasses a complete business ecosystem in artificial intelligence (AI) drone research and development, AI system integration, drone competitions, talent training, and examinations, possessing deep technical accumulation and strong innovation capabilities in technology research and development, application landing, talent training, and scene operation. It also holds rare qualifications such as the Civil Aviation Administration of China Sichuan No. 01 Examination Center qualification, China ASFC model pilot certification base, and Civil Aviation Administration drone flight training license.
After the completion of this transaction, the company also plans to build an esports entertainment venue at Sanzuwu's training base and further deepen its strategic layout in the field of AI through this investment. It aims to actively integrate the advantages of both parties' resources, leveraging Sanzuwu's technology and experience in the low-altitude economy and drone applications, and deeply integrating the company's advantages in leisure game IP, competition systems, and live streaming platforms to construct a multi-dimensional ecosystem and brand matrix based on AI, combining "content + technology + users + scenes." The company will collaborate with Sanzuwu to plan and operate AI drone intelligence competitions, creating a benchmark for "new intelligence competitions" that are highly entertaining, technically challenging, and valuable in application. It will also explore the establishment of a professional platform and standardized competition system for AI drone competitions. Additionally, by combining competition practices with cutting-edge technology, it will launch technical training courses for different levels, establish an information-based examination system, and create an innovative talent ecosystem that integrates competitions and training.
