STAR GROUP ASIA sells back the Central property for a cash realization of 48.37 million yuan
STAR GROUP ASIA (01560.HK) announced the sale of office property located on the 20th floor of Silver Fortune Plaza, Wellington Street, Hong Kong, to an independent third party, Wei Yong Limited, for a cash consideration of HKD 48.37 million. The net proceeds are intended to be used to repay bank loans. Upon completion, the company will lease back the property for a period of two years at a monthly rent of HKD 185,000
