In the third quarter, the average hotel room rate in the Greater China region of HK&S HOTELS fell by 4.12% year-on-year

HK&S HOTELS (00045.HK) announced its third-quarter operating data, with the average revenue per available room for Peninsula Hotels in the Greater China region at HKD 2,477, an increase of 19.03% year-on-year, and the average room rate at HKD 3,697, a decrease of 4.12% year-on-year, with the occupancy rate rising by 13 percentage points to 67%.

In terms of rental properties, the average monthly rent per square foot for residential and office buildings was HKD 47 and HKD 68, respectively, an increase of 2.17% and 3.03% year-on-year; the average monthly rent per square foot for shopping malls was HKD 132, a decrease of 2.22% year-on-year. Additionally, the occupancy rates for residential and shopping malls each increased by 2 percentage points, reaching 94% and 89%, respectively, while the occupancy rate for office buildings decreased by 9 percentage points to 76%
