<div id="readability-page-1"><div>(Alliance News) - The board of Snam Spa on Wednesday approved the consolidated accounts for the first nine months of 2025, which closed with a net profit of EUR1.08 billion, up 10% from EUR952 million in the same period of 2024.Total revenues amounted to EUR 2.84 billion, up 7.4% compared to the first nine months of 2024, mainly driven by growth in regulated revenues from the gas infrastructure business. Adjusted EBITDA stood at EUR 2.22 billion, up 6.6%, thanks to the positive contribution of regulated revenue growth.Total investments in the first nine months amounted to EUR1.76 billion, of which 57% was aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals and 35% with the European Taxonomy. Net financial debt decreased to EUR17.4 billion compared to June 30, 2025, while the cost of debt remained stable at around 2.6%.For the full year 2025, the company has improved its guidance for EBITDA, net profit, and net debt.
