KEYNE LTD announced that Zong Yiduo and Chen Xiaomi have been appointed as independent non-executive directors, effective from yesterday. Zong Yiduo is the managing partner of a law firm and a representative of the National People's Congress, while Chen Xiaomi is the Chief Financial Officer of Weiye Holdings. Both will receive a monthly salary of 8,000 yuan and other benefits
According to a report from Economic Information Daily on the 6th, KEYNE LTD (00009) announced that Zong Yiduo has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the remuneration committee, chairman of the nomination committee, and a member of the audit committee, while Chen Xiaomi has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member of the remuneration committee, a member of the nomination committee, and chairman of the audit committee, all effective from yesterday.
The group stated that Zong Yiduo is the managing partner of Beijing Wei Heng (Nanjing) Law Firm, and also a representative of the People's Congress of Jianye District, Nanjing, as well as a member of the Supervisory Committee and Judicial Committee of the People's Congress of Jianye District. Chen Xiaomi is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Wei Ye Holdings (01570) and an independent non-executive director of Desheng Holdings (08437) and Jianfa Xingsheng (00731). Both will be entitled to a monthly salary of HKD 8,000, plus other benefits determined by the board based on recommendations from the remuneration committee. (wh)
