Sunac China announced that regarding the company's offshore debt restructuring and the explanatory letter issued to the planned creditors on September 19, the board of directors announced that the application for the plan's approval by the High Court was heard yesterday, and the plan has been approved according to the directives issued by the High Court. The approval order was submitted to the Companies Registry for registration today. As of yesterday, all conditions of the plan have been met, and the effective date of the plan is today. Currently, the Hang Seng Index is at 26,120, up 185 points or 0.7%, with a main board turnover exceeding HKD 22.4 billion. The National Enterprises Index is at 9,216, up 53 points or 0.6%. The Hang Seng Tech Index is at 5,809, up 23 points or 0.4%.
