China commercial vehicle maker Qingling Motors debuts in Singapore with the EQ2 heavy truck

Qingling Motors has launched its electric heavy truck, the EQ2, in Singapore, priced from S$155,888. The vehicle features a 100.5 kWh battery with a range of up to 515 km and fast charging capabilities. This debut comes ahead of the Heavy Vehicle Zero Emissions Scheme, which offers incentives starting in 2026. Qingling Motors, a Hong Kong-listed company, aims to cater to urban logistics and corporate fleets looking to reduce carbon footprints. The joint venture with Motorway Group marks Qingling's entry into the Singapore market.
