CCCC's interim dividend plan: not less than 12.903 cents per share
China Communications Construction (01800.HK) announced its preliminary dividend plan for the fiscal year 2025. Based on the net profit and undistributed profits for the six months ending in June, it plans to distribute a cash dividend of approximately RMB 1.914 billion, with a cash dividend of no less than RMB 0.11756 per share (equivalent to no less than HKD 0.12903). The cash dividend is expected to be distributed to all shareholders on or before January 9, 2026.
From now until the dividend distribution record date, the company will continue to repurchase A shares. Further disclosures will be made in due course after determining the total share capital calculation benchmark
