The Providence Group wins multiple OBIE Awards, including two Community of the Year honors for Sawnee Village and Knollwood.

Atlanta-based homebuilder, The Providence Group, a part of Green Brick Partners, Inc. (NYSE: GRBK), was honored at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association's OBIE Awards. The company, renowned for its commitment to "Lifestyle, Location, and Luxury," received accolades for its outstanding work. Among the awards received were two Gold OBIEs for being named Communities of the Year. Sawnee Village in Cummi, one of The Providence Group's signature communities, was a standout winner at the event.
