YEE HOP HLDGS completes subscription of Trio AI and signs contracts with new clients in different fields, including SenseTime

YEE HOP HLDGS (01662.HK) announced that it completed the subscription of shares in Hong Kong's leading artificial intelligence infrastructure service provider Trio AI Limited a month ago, and welcomed its first achievement after incorporating it as a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the group. Trio AI has achieved multiple business breakthroughs, signing contracts with various clients across industries such as artificial intelligence software providers, AI research, digital enterprise solutions, smart building technology, and electronic manufacturing services.

YEE HOP HLDGS stated that after completing the subscription of Trio AI, it officially launched a "Construction Engineering × AI Computing Power" dual-engine development model. Trio AI, leveraging high-performance GPU-accelerated cloud computing solutions, has successfully expanded its customer base in the short term, developing a diverse and high-quality clientele, and providing services such as GPU-as-a-Service to new clients in various fields. The newly added well-known clients include, but are not limited to, Asia's leading artificial intelligence software company SenseTime-W (00020.HK)/Publishing 3.0+, Hong Kong's top enterprise solutions and internet technology company Code Free Soft Ltd, AIR@InnoHK innovation platform member Centre for Intelligent Multidimensional Data Analysis Limited, leading AI interactive platform Aimo AI, and Hong Kong smart construction site system and innovative project service provider Build4Smart Limited.

The group stated that Trio AI's deep cooperation with several industry-leading enterprises is the first significant achievement since its incorporation into the group. Trio AI has also effectively drawn on collaborative experiences from various fields such as artificial intelligence software providers, AI research, digital enterprise solutions, smart building technology, and electronic manufacturing services, promoting the deep integration of its AI technology with more practical application scenarios, laying a solid foundation for the group's future broader expansion in the technology service field.
