
As the restructuring deadline approaches, Under Armour is still "searching for the bottom"

Under Armour's restructuring plan is entering the countdown phase, with revenue of $1.3 billion in the second quarter of fiscal year 2026, a year-on-year decline of 5%. Gross margin decreased to 47.3%, with a net loss of $19 million. Revenue in the North American market fell by 8%, while revenue in the Asia-Pacific market declined by 14%. Under Armour plans to stabilize its business by negotiating with partners to develop a long-term plan. Revenue for fiscal year 2026 is expected to decline by 4% to 5% year-on-year.
