Garmin Group (01271.HK) will launch the first round of sales for the North Yinghui in Fanling on Saturday (15th), offering 30 units for sale through a bidding process, including one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, with usable areas ranging from 274 to 392 square feet.

Regarding the recently released first parking space price list, Garmin Group's Director of Operations and Marketing, Feng Qianping, added that the price list includes 13 parking spaces with exclusive chargers and 2 electric motorcycle parking spaces, with prices ranging from HKD 1.25 million to HKD 1.3 million, yielding a return rate of approximately 4%.

The developer also launched the "Nexus Dream Awakening You" 1+1=3 limited offer, where buyers purchasing designated properties and parking spaces, if they meet the Transport Department's "one-for-one" program requirements, can choose to receive a BYD Atto 2 electric vehicle valued at approximately HKD 155,000 for free, with five slots available on a first-come, first-served basis
