Coinbase will relocate to Texas
Coinbase Global (COIN.US) announced on Wednesday that the company plans to relocate its registered office from Delaware to Texas.
The company's Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal stated that the decision to relocate is aimed at ensuring more predictable development opportunities for the company, shareholders, customers, and the new on-chain ecosystem being established. He added that Texas's recent corporate law reforms provide a more favorable environment for business
