The new stock report suggests that Glencore and CHINAHONGQIAO may become cornerstone investors in the IPO of Innovation Industry

According to sources cited by Bloomberg, Glencore, CHINAHONGQIAO (01378.HK), and Hillhouse Capital plan to participate in the Hong Kong IPO of Innovation Industries, a mainland alumina refining and electrolytic aluminum smelting company, indicating confidence in the prospects of Innovation Industries amid soaring aluminum prices.

It is reported that Glencore, CHINAHONGQIAO, and Hillhouse are preparing to become cornerstone investors in the Innovation Industries IPO, with expectations that these three companies, along with other cornerstone investors, may subscribe to about half of the shares.

Sources say that Innovation Industries plans to start accepting investor subscriptions as early as this Friday (13th), with a fundraising target of $700 million for this IPO
